Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with PbS Learning Institute Inc., Braintree, MA, for the continued participation in the Council of Juvenile Correctional Administrators Performance-based Standards for Youth Correction and Detention facilities in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
