Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Maine Department of Transportation, Augusta, ME, for transferring obligation authority to fulfill the Department’s match requirement in the amount not to exceed $37,250 for a collaborative pilot project on green infrastructure techniques for Coastal Highways. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017.
