Description

Authorize the Office of Federal Compliance to enter into a contract with Hessel and Associates LLC, Brattleboro, VT, based on a single bid received in a low bid process, for a total fee of $54,186, to provide business development training and resources to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms. Effective upon G&C approval through March 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
