Authorize the Office of Federal Compliance to enter into a contract with Hessel and Associates LLC, Brattleboro, VT, based on a single bid received in a low bid process, for a total fee of $28,456, to provide employment outreach and placement services for minorities and female candidates under the NH On-the-Job Training program necessary to meet Federally mandated EEO/Affirmative Action requirements in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Effective upon G&C approval through March 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
