Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with B.U.R. Construction LLC, Belmont, NH, for bridge rehabilitation work on NH Route 25 over the Connecticut River in the Towns of Piermont, NH and Bradford, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $318,947. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $31,894.70 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 20, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
