Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New England Signal Systems Inc., Northwood, NH, for the repair of four existing traffic signal systems, located in four different towns and the replacement of an ITS pole and foundation, on the basis of a low bid of $235,319.40. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $11,765.97 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 27, 2017. 100% Other Funds.
