Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with GMI Asphalt LLC, Belmont, NH, for improvements to approximately 630’ of Main Street in Enfield at the Northern Rail Trail underpass just north of the bridge over Mascoma Lake, on the basis of a low bid of $255,618.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,561.86 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 11, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
