Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce, to enter into a contract with Firebrand International LLC, Portsmouth, NH, to act as Consortium Manager for the NH Aerospace and Defense Export Consortium, in compliance with a grant awarded by the US Department of Defense through the Office of Economic Adjustment, in the amount of $58,500. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2018, with the option to renew for 2 additional one-year periods. 100% Federal Funds.
