Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce to enter into a contract with Future iQ Partners Inc., Minneapolis, MN, to provide direction on, and development of, a five year strategic plan and associated implementation plan for the NH Aerospace and Defense Export Consortium in compliance with a grant awarded by the US Department of Defense through the Office of Economic Adjustment, in the amount of $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
