Description
Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc. d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/21/22, Item #54), by adjusting funds within budget categories to optimize the federal allowances for Average Cost Per Dwelling Unit by shifting select personnel costs from the Program budget category and using those funds to increase available Health & Safety funds and to fund newly created budget categories for Energy Audits and Final Inspections, with no change to the completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. There is no overall increase to the funding level for this amendment. 100% Federal Funds
