Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a five-year sole source lease agreement with 149 Emerald Street, LLC, Howell, NJ for an amount not to exceed $367,396.44 for the use of office space for a VR Regional Office serving the Keene, NH area located at 49 Emerald Street, Suite T, in Keene, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2031. 100% Federal Funds
