Authorize to enter into a contract with Enhanced Communications of Northern New England, d/b/a Fairpoint Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-23-12, item #23C and expires 5-9-17), for Carrier Ethernet Services in an amount not to exceed $2,800,000. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2022.
