Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to assist the Department with providing Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Visiting services and ensuring tobacco use intervention services are readily available to individuals in need of services in an amount not to exceed $297,499. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
