Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with The Melanson Company Inc., Keene, NH, for the Tactical Center Roof Replacement in Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $175,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $20,000 to provide for additional unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $195,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
