Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to the existing lease with 75 New Hampshire LLC, c/o James J. Horne, CPManagement Inc., Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-9-09, item #79), for continued occupation by the Seacoast District Office, by increasing the price in the amount of $628,992 to $4,127,187.12 from $3,498,195.12, and by extending the term from March 31, 2017 to May 31, 2018. Effective retroactive to April 1, 2017. 60% General, 40% Federal Funds.
