Authorize to enter into a new lease with 19 Rye St, LLC, c/o James J. Horne, CPManagement Inc., Exeter, NH, for office space in Portsmouth in the amount of $7,511,560. Effective April 20, 2017 through March 31, 2018. Occupancy of the premises and commencement of rental payments shall be June 1, 2018 upon satisfactory completion of renovations.
