Authorize to retroactively continue an increase in hourly rate by 30% for recruitment and retention purposes for the Pharmaceutical Service Specialist classification, position number 12433, as approved by G&C on March 25, 2015, item #9. Effective February 26, 2017 through March 14, 2019, which is two years from the date of Division of Personnel approval.
