Description
Authorize the Bureau of Mental Health Services to establish a consultant list of six attorneys and enter into agreements with them as necessary to provide legally required representation for certain individuals admitted to the NH Hospital at a price not to exceed $60,800. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
