Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Gilford, NH, in the amount of $300,000 for the purpose of assisting Laconia Area Community Land Trust with the acquisition and site improvements to support the construction of a 24 unit affordable senior housing development known as Gilford Village Knolls III to be located at 41 Potter Hill Road, Gilford, NH. Effective April 5, 2017 through December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
