Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Safety, to enter into a sole source contract extension to a contract with MultiProcess Computer Corporation, Windham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/06, item #18B), for document imaging, support and maintenance services for Financial Responsibility Imaging System software, by increasing the amount by $50,000 from $642,500 to $692,500, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018. 100% Other Funds. The Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT for this maintenance service is 100% Agency Income – Cost of Collections.
