Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with HYSR, Dartmouth, MA, to complete the QPPQ Proof of Concept Project for the purpose of enhancing the QPPQ Transform Method to calculate long-period daily stream flows at ungagged river locations in NH, in the amount of $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
