Authorize to exercise an option to retroactively amend the State’s contract with James R. St. Jean Auctioneer’s, Epping, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-1-14, item #57), to continue to allow the use of Live Auction Service, by extending the end date from March 31, 2017 to June 30, 2017.
