Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Community Council of Nashua, NH d/b/a Greater Nashua Mental Health Center at Community Council, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #24), for the provision of a First Episode Psychosis Pilot Program, by increasing the price by $70,000 from $1,243,349 to $1,313,349.
