Authorize the Bureau of Environment to retroactively amend the sole source memorandum of understanding with the Department of Cultural Resources, Division of Historical Resources (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-13, item #94), for preparation of a National Register nomination for the Portsmouth Downtown Historic District, extending the completion date from December 31, 2016 to June 30, 2017. No Additional Funding.
