Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to a contract with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #39), for professional civil/environmental engineering and master planning services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department, by increasing the amount by $150,000 from $400,000 to an amount not to exceed $550,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017.
