Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend a contract with GM2 Associates, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #27), for final design for the reconstruction of the unimproved 1.7 mile segment of NH 125, between Old County Road in the Town of Plaistow, and Newton Junction Road in the Town of Kingston, by extending the completion date from December 30, 2025 to December 30, 2027. (2) Further authorize to increase the fee in the amount of $204,234.25, from $922,626.19 to $1,126,860.44. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
