Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, for a fee not to exceed $286,610, for a cooperative evaluation to laboratory test and evaluate the field performance of Hot Mix Asphalts mixtures. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
