Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, for a fee not to exceed $359,919, for a cooperative evaluation to implement cost and time saving Measurement While Drilling and Permeafor technologies. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
