Description
Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to exercise one optional contract renewal term with American Tower, LLC, Woburn, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #51), for the first five year contract extension for use of communication facility & tower space, by extending the completion date from June 23, 2025 to June 23, 2030. (2) Further authorize to increase the contract amount by $51,699.83, from $44,596.74 to $96,296.57. Effective upon G&C approval. 50.9% Highway Funds, 49.1% Turnpike Funds (Intra-Agency Transfers)
