Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Bros., Construction Company Inc., Bow, NH, for reconstruction of I-93 northbound and southbound, on the basis of a low bid of $34,221,205.20. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,026,636.16 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 2, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
