Authorize to amend the sole source contract agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-3-16, item #28), for the repair or replacement of malfunctioning heating systems in low income households receiving weatherization services, by increasing the amount by $123,440 from $90,523 to $213,963. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds (US DHHS/LIHEAP).
