Authorize to amend the sole source contract agreement with Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-3-16, item #25), for the repair or replacement of malfunctioning heating systems in low income households receiving weatherization services, by increasing the amount by $317,946 from $213,108 to $531,054. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds (US DHHS/LIHEAP).
