Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation, Milford, NH, for the HVAC Upgrades at Materials and Research Building at 7 Hazen Drive, Health and Human Services Building at 29 Hazen Drive and Archives Building at 71 South Fruit St., Concord, NH, for a price not to exceed $393,200. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2017. 6% General – Highway, 12% General – Operating, 82% General Capital Funds. (2)Further authorize the amount of $19,673 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $412,873. 85% General – Capital, 15% General – Operating Funds.
