Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Services and the Department of Safety, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Overwatch Foundation, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/31/24, Item #46), by increasing the price limitation by $5,054,750 from $7,800,080 to $12,854,830 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2029 to September 30, 2030, for the purpose of providing a Municipal Cyber Defense Program. (2) Further authorize an advance payment of $500,000 to Overwatch Foundation for staffing ramp-up and training for the K12 Cybersecurity Project. Effective upon G&C approval. 72% Federal Funds, 28% General Funds
