Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract for a period of three years with Discovery Audit Services, LLC, Baton Rouge, LA, for a contingent fee of 10.25% of the gross amount identified and remitted to the State from audits or examinations of the records of any holder or person to determine compliance with RSA Chapter 471-C, Custody and Escheat of Unclaimed and Abandoned Property. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Other Funds (Abandoned Property Funds)
