Authorize to accept and expend $30,962 in federal funds from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and $5,390 in private funds donation by the Great Bay Stewards Inc., for a total amount of $36,352, for the purpose of implementing a summer teacher training program; installing monitoring equipment for water level and geodetic measurements; and to maintain temporary staffing of educational and volunteer staff.
