Authorize the Office of Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families to exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source agreement with Court Appointed Special Advocates of NH Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #40), for the continuation of a statewide training program and education opportunities for court appointed special advocates and guardian ad litems, by increasing the price by $56,744.60 from $69,141.88 to $125,886.48 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
