Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with American Excavating Corp., Derry, NH, for roadway reconstruction and construction of bike shoulders on NH Route 108, on the basis of a low bid of $5,489,879.35. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $274,493.97 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 2, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
