Authorize to award a grant to the University of NH, Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, in the amount of $78,888 for the Coastal Resilience: Building Capacity for Resilience of Human and Natural Communities in NH Due Systems Phase II project to expand community-based dune restoration efforts and address existing coastal vulnerabilities in the towns of Hampton and Seabrook, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
