Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc., Wilsonville, OR, in an amount not to exceed $409,098 for the upgrade of our FLIR 380 HDC thermal imaging system on the State Police Bell 407 helicopter. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029. 7.57% General Funds, 86.86% Highway Funds, 5.57% Turnpike Funds
