Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a contract with Comcast Cable Communications Management LLC d/b/a Comcast Spotlight, Bedford, NH, for non-commercial sustaining announcements through television commercials and online streaming advertisements on emergency management and preparedness, in the amount of $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017, with the option to renew through June 30, 2018. 48% Private and Local, 32% Federal, 20% General Funds.
