Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive 21 month lease agreement with Independent Wireless One Leased Realty Corporation, Overland Park, KS, to site a cellular communications tower on the smokestack located at the Governor Hugh Gallen Office Park in Concord. Revenues of $46,371.57 will be unrestricted General Fund Revenue. Effective September 1, 2015 through May 31, 2017.
