Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the financing of a loan to Northern Community Investment Corporation for the benefit of Secured Network Services, Inc. located in Littleton, NH. Action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-A:18 to determine the financing will serve a public use, provide public benefit and is within the policy and authority of the Act.
