Authorize to amend an existing agreement with Milliman Inc., Brookfield, WI (originally approved by G&C on 12-5-12, item #33), for the provision of actuarial services and technical support relative to Medicaid Care Management, by increasing the price by $650,023 from $8,099,310 to an amount not to exceed $8,749,333 and increasing the scope of services with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2017. 50% Federal, 49% General, 1% Other Funds.
