Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Easter Seals NH Inc., for the provision of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Service Members, Veterans and their Families Care Coordination Program in an amount not to exceed $800,000. Effective January 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2019, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
