Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-6-13, item #39), for the provision of services related to the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Evaluation, by increasing the funding to SFY 2017 and SFY 2018, without a change to the price limitation and extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
