Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of Vermont Sponsored Project Administration, Burlington, VT, for an investigation of the costs, benefits, and barriers to integrating the use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems into Department operations, for a total fee not to exceed $85,000. Effective upon G&C approval through March 3, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
