Authorize the Bureau of Mechanical Services to amend a sole source contract with Assetworks LLC, Wayne, PA (originally approved by G&C on 3-26-14, item #74), to provide continued software maintenance as well as expanding functionalities to the Fleet Management System, by increasing the amount by $176,044.05 from $514,166.91 to $690,210.96, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2016 to December 31, 2019. 100% Highway Funds.
