Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with HDR Engineers Inc., Manchester, NH, for the final design efforts for the replacement of the Red List bridge carrying NH Route 1B over Little Harbor between the Towns of New Castle and Rye, for a total amount not to exceed $908,776.73. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
