Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with CPM Constructors Inc., Freeport, ME, for bridge preservation work on the bridge carrying NH 16 over the Saco River in Conway, on the basis of a low bid of $2,836,393.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $283,639.36 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 17, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
